You might be wondering how our booking process works, and we're here to clarify it for you!

To begin, please contact Shannon from Shannon's Pet Care through email, phone/WhatsApp, or our social media platforms regarding any service bookings. Shannon will ask for some basic information to determine if a team member is available for the service you need. Once she confirms availability, she will send you our registration form, Terms & Conditions, and Consent Form via email for you to fill out and return. Following that, Shannon will schedule a meeting that includes herself, a team member, and of course, you and your pets! All initial meetings are complimentary.

Booking Process and Initial Meeting

At Shannon's Pet Care, we focus on providing enjoyable walks for your dogs and keep the following aims in mind: exercise, mental stimulation and/or socialization. Here’s a summary of our services:

Solo Dog Walks:

Puppy Walk (£10.50): 20-30 minutes for young or less active dogs. Additional £3.00 per dog in the same household.
45-Minute Walk (£12.75): Ideal for building stamina. Additional £3.00 per dog in the same household.
60-Minute Walk (£15.00): For dogs preferring solo walks. Additional £3.00 per dog in the same household.

Buddy Dog Walks:

30 Minutes (£10.00)
45 Minutes (£11.50)
60 Minutes (£13.00)

Additional £3.00 per dog in the same household

Adventure Morning (£20.00 for one dog):

Dogs enjoy a 2-hour group walk, with an additional £10.00 per dog from the same household. Includes collection and drop-off, with cleaning if needed.

Dog Walks

Pop In services offer tailored care for your pets while you're away. Here's a summary of the services available:

Small Pet Pop In (£9.50): Check and top up food and water, plus cuddles. Additional £1.50 per extra small pet. Duration: 20-30 minutes.
Dog Pop In (£10.50): Check food and water, let the dog out, plus playtime. Additional £3.00 for each extra dog.
45 Minute Pop In (£12.75): Similar to the Dog Pop In, but lasts 45 minutes. Additional £3.00 for each extra dog.
Puppy Pop In (£15.00): Includes a 20-30 minute walk and a 30-minute dog pop in (total 1 hour). Additional £3.00 for each extra puppy.
Dog Pop In + Dog Walk (£22.50): Combines a dog pop in with a 1-hour walk. Additional £3.00 for each extra dog.

Pop Ins

Play Dates at the Dog Park! Our amazing team at Shannon's Pet Care will pick up your dog(s) from home, alongside a few other dogs (a maximum of six dogs per session), and take them to our secure dog park for a 50-minute playtime before returning them home. During this time, your dog(s) can enjoy the freedom to run, sniff, and play off-lead while socializing with their furry friends – a fantastic opportunity to make new buddies!

Price: If 1-3 dogs are booked onto the session: £12.00 per dog (an additional £5.00 per dog within the same household

If 4 - 6 dogs are booked onto the session: £10.00 per dog (an additional £5.00 per dog within the same household)

Here are our current available sessions:

Every other Monday at 11:00 AM session (please note this session is currently full)
Every Tuesdays (1 space remaining)
