You might be wondering how our booking process works, and we're here to clarify it for you!

To begin, please contact Shannon from Shannon's Pet Care through email, phone/WhatsApp, or our social media platforms regarding any service bookings. Shannon will ask for some basic information to determine if a team member is available for the service you need. Once she confirms availability, she will send you our registration form, Terms & Conditions, and Consent Form via email for you to fill out and return. Following that, Shannon will schedule a meeting that includes herself, a team member, and of course, you and your pets! All initial meetings are complimentary.

Booking Process and Initial Meeting

At Shannon's Pet Care, we focus on providing enjoyable walks for your dogs and keep the following aims in mind: exercise, mental stimulation and/or socialization. Here’s a summary of our services:

Solo Dog Walks:

Puppy Walk (£11.00): 20-30 minutes for young or less active dogs. Additional £3.50 per dog in the same household.
45-Minute Walk (£13.25): Ideal for building stamina. Additional £3.50 per dog in the same household.
60-Minute Walk (£15.50): For dogs preferring solo walks. Additional £3.50 per dog in the same household.

Buddy Dog Walks:

30 Minutes (£10.50)
45 Minutes (£12.00)
60 Minutes (£13.50)

Additional £3.50 per dog in the same household

Adventure Morning (£20.00 for one dog):

Dogs enjoy a 2-hour group walk, with an additional £10.00 per dog from the same household. Includes collection and drop-off, with cleaning if needed.

Dog Walks

Give your dog the opportunity to enjoy extra exercise with our new Dog Running Service, led by Nina!

Perfect for active dogs who love to run, this service offers a great way to burn off energy, stay fit and enjoy time outdoors with a dedicated running companion.

Nina is currently training for the London Marathon next year and is excited to share her love of running with her four-legged companions. Whether your dog would benefit from an occasional run or a regular running routine, sessions can be booked to suit your needs.

Pricing

30-minute run: £14.00
45-minute run: £17.00
60-minute run: £20.00

Additional dogs from the same household can join for £7.00 per dog.

Flexible Booking - Dog runs are available to book on an ad hoc basis or as regular sessions, making it easy to find a routine that works for you and your dog.

If your dog loves to run and would benefit from some extra exercise, Nina would love to take them along for the journey!

Dog Running Service - with Nina

Pop In services offer tailored care for your pets while you're away. Here's a summary of the services available:

Small Pet Pop In (£10.00): Check and top up food and water, plus cuddles. Additional £2.50 per extra small pet. Duration: 20-30 minutes.
Dog Pop In (£11.00): Check food and water, let the dog out, plus playtime. Additional £3.50 for each extra dog.
45 Minute Pop In (£13.25): Similar to the Dog Pop In, but lasts 45 minutes. Additional £3.50 for each extra dog.
Puppy Pop In (£15.50): Includes a 20-30 minute walk and a 30-minute dog pop in (total 1 hour). Additional £3.50 for each extra puppy.
Dog Pop In + Dog Walk (£23.00): Combines a dog pop in with a 1-hour walk. Additional £3.50 for each extra dog.

Pop Ins

Give your dog the perfect opportunity to run, jump, play and socialise at our fun-filled Playdate sessions at Happisburgh Dog Park!

We currently have availability for the 10:00am session every Wednesday at Happisburgh Dog Park. We’ll collect your dog from home and take them to the park for 50 minutes of off-lead fun and exercise, before bringing them safely back home again. With a maximum of 6 dogs per session, your dog gets plenty of space to enjoy themselves while having the chance to make new four-legged friends. Dogs from different households can join the same session, making it a fantastic way to encourage positive socialisation.

What’s included:

Collection from your home
50 minutes of running, jumping, playing and exploring at the dog park
Socialisation with other friendly dogs
Safe return home after their Playdate
Maximum of 6 dogs per session

Pricing:

1–3 dogs booked per session: £12.50 per dog. Plus £5.25 for each additional dog from the same household
4–6 dogs booked per session: £10.50 per dog. Plus £5.25 for each additional dog from the same household

🎅🐾 Santapaw is Visiting Happisburgh Dog Park!

Get ready for some festive four-legged fun! Santapaw is visiting Happisburgh Dog Park in December 2026, and Shannon will be hosting special Festive Playdates on Tuesday 15th December. Your dog will enjoy a 60-minute festive session filled with running, playing and socialising with their doggy buddies, along with some festive pawsome activities to get everyone into the Christmas spirit! And to make the day extra special, every dog will go home with their very own Festive Pawty Bag! 🎁🐾

60 minutes of running, playing and socialising at Happisburgh Dog Park
Festive pawsome activities
