Please read our terms and conditions below. Any new customers joining us will be asked to sign a hard copy of the term and conditions during the registration meeting.

Agreement to these Terms & Conditions
These must be completed prior to any bookings or meet-and-greets.
Forms are tailored to the service requested and ensure we have all necessary information about your pet. Completed forms should be returned via email.
Once received, we will arrange a free meet-and-greet with you and your pet(s) to:

Services may be carried out by Shannon, Jordan, Liv, Hannah, Abi and/or Rachael.
Forms:
• All forms must be completed honestly and in full • You must inform Shannon immediately of any updates to your pet’s information • A new form may be required when booking a new service.
Terms & Conditions & Consent Forms:
A copy of our terms and conditions and our consent form will be given to you upon our registration meeting. You will be asked to read through these and sign.

Services & Pricing
We offer the following services (prices subject to change with 2 weeks’ notice): Important: We cannot accept dogs unless they are:
• Microchipped with up-to-date details
• Wearing a collar with an name/address tag
Dog Walking
• Solo Puppy Walk (20–30 mins): £11.00, £3.50 per additional dog (same household)
• 45-Minute Walk: £13.25, £3.50 per additional dog
• 60-Minute Solo Walk: £15.50, £3.50 per additional dog
Buddy Walks (Group Walks)
• 60-Minute Buddy Walk: £13.50, £3.50 per additional dog
Adventure Mornings: £20.00 (1 dog), £10.00 per additional dog
Pop-In Visits
• Small Pet Pop-In (20–30 mins): £10.00, £2.50 per additional pet type
• Dog Pop-In: £11.00, £3.50 per additional dog
• 45-Minute Pop-In: £13.75, £3.50 per additional dog
• Puppy Pop-In (1 hour total): £15.50 (Includes short walk + visit), £3.50 per additional dog
• 90-Minute Pop-In + Walk: £23.00, £3.50 per additional dog



Pop-Ins & Dog Walking – Scheduling
• Times and days are agreed in advance
• Please allow a 15-minute window either side of your scheduled time
• If we are delayed beyond 15–30 minutes, we will contact you or your emergency contact If a dog displays aggression or dangerous behaviour, the service will be terminated immediately, and future bookings will be reviewed.
Cameras / Monitoring Devices
You must inform us of any cameras or monitoring devices inside or outside your property, regardless of whether they are active.
Access to Property
All team members have undergone standard DBS checks.
Payment:
Invoices are sent on the last Friday of each month
• Payment is due within 7 days
• Invoices include full breakdowns and payment details

Vets -
Veterinary Care If your pet becomes unwell or injured: • We will contact you immediately • If unreachable, we will contact your emergency contact We will only transport pets to the vet in emergency situations (e.g. severe injury, seizures). Otherwise, owners are responsible for arranging transport. You will be responsible for any medical expenses and damages results for an injury to persons or animals by your pet.
Cancellations -
Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will be charged in full • If we must cancel due to illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, no charge will apply
Administration -
All administration is managed by Shannon Lennox. Please contact Shannon directly for: • Bookings • Cancellations • Changes to services Any concerns or dissatisfaction should be raised as soon as possible.
Liability –
Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet • Shannon’s Pet Care is not liable for: o Injury, illness, or incidents while pets are in our care o Incidents occurring between visits o Pets escaping due to faulty or poorly fitted equipment o Loss of pets due to open access points (doors, windows, cat flaps) o Damage caused by pets to property (yours or others). If dogs are walked off-lead with owner permission, we are not liable for loss, injury, or damage resulting from this. We do not accept responsibility for property security or loss during service visits
